New Lakepointe Board of Directors would like to welcome all of our new residents to the community. 

We truly live in a wonderful place. Our community of over 300 homes uniquely offers very close access to a wide variety of services. Fairfax County has great schools, beautiful recreational areas, nice places to shop and dine and public transportation is just minutes from our doorstep. At the end of a long day we drive into our community and we are welcomed home by our beautiful neighborhood.

New Lakepointe is an attractive, vibrant and welcoming community. Our neighborhood is a diverse yet cohesive mix of young families, empty-nesters, retirees and diverse ethnicities.

Many of our residents have developed close friendships with neighbors and we all watch out for one another.

You will find our community to be very family-friendly and home to caring individuals who give their time to volunteer.

There are several annual events that New Lakepointe volunteers set up: Holiday Decorating Contest, Easter Egg Hunt, Pool Party and much more.
